U.S. General Services Administration
Oversaw the cleanliness and hygiene of a multi-level building with over 426,000 sq. ft. of Federal Courthouse, offices, and high-security areas, 5 days/wk. for nearly 20 years. Services included providing all supplies, equipment, and labor for cleaning offices, courtrooms, restrooms, windows, carpets, floors, power washing parking garage and lot.
Kansas City International Airport
U.S. General Services Administration
Supervised the cleanliness and hygiene of over 8,850 sq. ft. of secured areas and check points in Terminals B&C and TSA offices, 7 days a week. We cleaned offices, breakrooms, restrooms, kitchen, shampooed carpets, and stripped and waxed hard floors.
Fidelity Bank - Multiple Locations
Fidelity Bank
Provide janitorial services to keep the interior of the banks clean and sanitary and provide general maintenance needs such as purchasing and installing all lightbulbs and handy-man type services. In the winter months we keep the exterior safe for staff and customers by removing snow/ice from parking lots and sidewalks.
Facilities Shower Remodel
Flint Hills Job Corps
Completely remodeled a dorm shower room consisting of 5 shower stalls. We worked together with trusted subcontracting partners to do demo of the existing showers and then rebuilt them with new Onyx panels, including floor, ceiling and walls.
Kitchen Renovation
Topeka Rescue Mission
Renovated the kitchen to include moving out appliances, power washing floors and walls, sheet rock repair, painting, install new cove base, and put down epoxy floor.
Weather Forecast Office
National Weather Service
Maintain the exterior of their Topeka office. In the summer months we keep the lawn, trees, and shrubs looking good and healthy, while in the winter months we keep their parking lot and sidewalks clear of ice and snow.
